Kudzu Starch Production Process
1. Harvesting & Selection

Kudzu is naturally grown in the midlands and northern mountainous regions of Vietnam, such as Hoa Binh, Son La, and Yen Bai.

Harvesting takes place exclusively during the dry season to ensure high starch content, distinct aroma, and purity.
2. Washing – Grinding – Filtering

Roots are thoroughly washed, finely ground, and filtered multiple times using a blend of manual techniques and modern machinery.

The mixture undergoes natural sedimentation for several days to separate and collect the finest starch settled at the bottom.
3. Natural Drying or Cold Drying

The starch is dried using natural sunlight or cold-drying technology to preserve its natural bright white color and the characteristic mild scent of Kudzu.
